Menu Planning with ShaindyN

Lots of you might already know ShaindyN, and I’m sure that many of you have tried her recipes here on’s 135 of them, so there’s a good chance one has landed in your pot in the last couple of years (or in your kitchen on Cookkosher).
She’s also trying yours and has reviewed 34 of your recipes. 
Now, Shaindy takes recipe sharing a step further and will be sharing ideas for complete menus. She’ll be assembling a new menu every week right here. 
Are you ready to begin?
Let’s start the meal. 
Shaindy’s first menu is a winter meat dinner that will keep us satiated through the looonnngg winter nights. 
If you like, you can prep everything in advance. Cook the soup, marinade the chicken, cut the butternut squash, and even whisk together the dressing.
Begin with a nourishing and comforting Healthy Split Pea and Lentil Soup.
The Cabbage and Lettuce Salad is crunchy, refreshing, and light: a perfect contrast to the filling, warm soup.
Now for the main: super easy, super tasty...can we ask anything more of our Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken?
Finally, we have some simple Butternut Squash Fries on the side.
